VERY sick Oscar

My 72 Gallon bow has been up for about 8 months now. All levels are ok, But did just fix a green water problem. I have 3 Oscars 2 Blue Gromies? 2 Small Jacks and 2 Pleco's. Well lately i have been seein some dark markings on my 2 Albino Oscars, But just within the last couple days my smaller albino scales are coming of and all his fin is gone its just like little fingers left. He couldent barely swim either.So I went to quarinten him today and touched him and noticed that his body seems VERY hard from about halfway down to the end of his tail. I would like to save him and the others because the other oscars act fine but there fins are the same way but the jacks and everyone else are fine. If you have any clue as to how i can treat him or them please let me know i dont think he has much time left

Hi Mark,
 Did you put a bunch of chemicals in the tank?  If so, you need to start doing a lot of partial water changes, e.g., 25% each day for about 3 or 4 days to get that stuff out of there. That is the only thing I know that can do that to a fish's fins.
