I have a perlscale gold fish and I have a question about him.

Hello their I hope you can help me with this. I have a perscale goldfish and have had him or her for a month or two. He is young and he has a buddy in the tank. For the past two days he has had his scales puff up like bubbles on the skin and they are clear. He also has one on each of his eyes and a big bubble on each of his gills. His color is also fading it looks like.His tale also looks chalky. can you help me?

Hi Lacy.  I'm sorry but I cannot tell by your description what might be going on.  Are you saying he has "bubbles" on his scales, or his scales are puffed out where he looks like a "pinecone"?  It sounds to me though that it could be a couple of things.  Can you get back to me and let me know what size tank they are in, did you just clean the tank, what type of filtration they have, as much information as possible please?  Also water parameters if you have a test kit.  Only then will I be able to possibly help you out.  In the meantime, here are 2 websites you can check out that may help you identify what is going on:   http://www.aquariumcorner.com/disease.htm and http://badmanstropicalfish.com/disease.html
