Are my fish ill

QUESTION: Hello, can you help us please? We think our fish are unwell. Their skin looks bobbly. The large Koi are huddled at the bottom of the pond in a corner, not wanting to move. They are just very still and not swimming how they should do? Thanks

ANSWER: Hi Michael,
 Have you been doing regular weekly water changes?  You should be changing 25% of their water once a week, every week to keep them happy and healthy.

Hi Michael,
  The koi have worms coming out of their mouths???  Yikes.  That is extremely bad news.  Frankly, a fish that has that seldom lives long.
