sick Neon

Recently I introduced 4 new neons to my existing tank, together with other 4 existing ones. Meanwhile I bought other 4 new Platy.  A few days ago we found some of the Neons got white spots all over the body, and today, two of them died. We are worried about the other fish.  Could you please tell us are these white spots the sign of some kind of disease? What can we do about it?

It is called "Ich".

A deadly disease if not treated, it will spread to every fish in the tank.

You can buy many ich treatments at your local pet store. My favourite is "API Super Ick Cure". Just follow the instructions on the bottle, and act quickly.
