female black molly

my sons female black molly has suddenly gotten so very swelled up, she looks pregnant but it has been like more than 8 weeks she has just kept getting bigger and bigger. she can barely swim. dont know what to do?

It sounds like another problem. Mollies usually have their babies by then. I suspect a condition known as "dropsy". The prognosis isn't good I'm afraid. Here is a web page about it;
