filter for 46g bow front tank with cichlid

Hi
I am about to set up my 46g bow front and i allready bought a fluval 405 canister filter. I want to know if i needed to add a Tetra Whisper power Filter (40) to this tank. The fish stock are going to be two red blood parrot cichlids, one fire mouth, one convict cichlid, and one segenal bichir.

Ii would just see how the one filter works. Remember though that they need very clean water. The Cichlid can grow to 10" and the 46 gallon tank is not going to be big enough for the 5 fish. These should ideally be in a much larger tank. I would say a 100 gallon tank should be good for these 5 fish.
