ring neck doves

We have 8 ring neck doves and one was hatched pure white, is there something wrong, or does this happen often? They are all from the same 1st 2 that we started with. it seems friendlier and healthy. Never saw one before  Thankyou for any help

Its perfectly normal ring necks come in many many colors including normal grayish brown, pied(white/brown patches) pure white with dark eyes, albino(white with red eyes) and many more, as long as he is eating well and isn't just sittng there during feeding time he should be healthy and well. Doing a simple www.google.ca search for ring neck dove colors would produce many resualts of the colors possibly with pictures.
