Question
LOOKING FOR A GREAT JOINT SUPPLEMENT, FOR MY 10 YRS OLD PAINT, 7 YEAR OLD HALFLINGER MARE AND 7 YEAR OLD APPY,  WE DO TRAIL RIDING, EVENTING, DRESSAGE AND JUMPING,

Answer
Hi Donna, I use Acti-Flex 4000.  I've used that for years and really like it.  A horse should get minimum 5000mg of glucosamine and 5000mg of MSM per day.  Acti-Flex has 6000mg of glucosamine and 2000mg of MSM.  What I do is double the dose that way they are getting 4000mg of MSM.  So instead of one ounce per day I give 2.  My vet recommended this product and dosage.  I had used other joint supplements before and this is the only one that had everything in it at close to the recommended dose.  It comes in a liquid or alfalfa base powder form.  I have some picky eaters and they all seem to eat either.  Good luck, Jessica
