Answer
Hello,
Sounds like you have a sweet pony on your hands! What is happening in her mind when she wont stand still? She might get your daughter off balance and get a release of pressure by moving off and having there be a few seconds when everything stops and your daughter gets reorganized. You or your daughter can fix this. Hold the rein a bit short on the inside and stand close to the saddle as if you were going to mount, if she moves she will go in a circle around you. Now that you have this position start bumping the saddle, stirrup and making lots of "noise", she will start moving off in a circle around you, stay glued to that spot standing by the saddle making ''noise'' until she starts to slow ( be patient! the goal is to do this right once or twice so you don't have to do it every time), if she slows, seems less worried at all quiet your ''noise'', if she stops you stop and pet her. Then move to putting your foot in the stirrup like you were going to mount and if she moves get big and noisy in the same way you just practiced. When she slows down so do you, when she turns off so do you. You want to show her that if she moves off when you try to mount it makes you big and noisy, and that she can turn you off by stopping. Get this going so you can put your foot up and nothing changes, then take it out and pet her. Don't be so predictable that you always get on.
Let me know how this goes for you and if you have any trouble.
Best Wishes
