boarding

hi rick!our babies are doing really good i've been longing
them and they are ready-i believe to start riding-thanks to
you!  i've been looking for a place to board i was wondering
if you have any leads.  i live by the jellybelly fact.and
wondered if you know of any place within a 10 mile radias
that board for reasonable. let me know pls iv'e lost 5 pds
worrying. i love my babies...judy

Hi Judy, not sure where is close to you, I would stay out there until you have to leave, I think pettra is trying to get extra time, so until they say you have to leave, I would stay there.  

You have to drive around your area and look where you see horses or a horse and then go ask if they would like a boarder for your two horses.  

I know what you mean about worried, not too many places are nice like pettra's, but I bet you could stay there for at least until Sep, so don't stress too much, just start looking around close to you and asked everyone you see in your area, that has horses, if they know of a place.

I will keep my eye open and if I hear anything I will let you know.  Glad to hear they are doing better.  There is a place right up the road from Pettra's, if you leave the barn and turn right and go down about one or two miles there is a sign that says, pasture boarding, you feed.  The guy seems like he has maybe 3 horses, so call him and work out a deal, if your guys are in pasture, you do not need to feed much and they will be happier and healthier.
