dizziness - trotting

hello sir, i started learning horse back riding in a farm. in my first riding class, when i was doing a posting trot in a circle, i got dizziness after 2 rounds and was feeling as if i were to fall. may i know how to fix this problem of dizziness? the circle where i trotted was a medium one.

Getting dizzy is common for beginner riders. Look ahead to where you want to go when riding. Do not fix your eyes on the head of the horse. (the head of the horse is attached to the body of the horse. It is not going anywhere the body isn't. If it does, you have a major problem and I would call a vet!!!! I don't know why beginning, and sometimes experienced riders have this bad habit). Look at where you are going and that should stop the dizziness.
