My mare is due to foal any day now, and i was just wondering if I put a rug on her?, Can she foal with a rug on?, also can she wear a rug after the foal is born, and still feed the foal alright?.

Unless she's going to get wet to the skin and then it's cold as well, there's no need for a blanket/rug.  

I don't see why a blanket/rug would be an issue, but you'd hate for it to slip and get tangled up in her legs or around the foal.  So, if you can avoid putting one on, I think that would be best.
