just rescued a horse very skinny and bony but fat stomach..was wondering if in fole. what are some symptoms to look for

if she is in foal then her teats will be swollen and producing milk. they will not leak milk until just before she foals though. the best thing to do is have a vet check her and also worm her and check her teeth. also she needs a lot of nutrients if she is pregnant because the baby is going to take a lot of them when it is born and the mare will be weak. definitely have a vet check her though that is the only sure way to know.
