My horse is scared of letting you ride him. Someone we new rode him and got throne and no ones rode him since then.He is also scitis on the ground and he is 15.What do we do?

I would suggest that you called a behaviouralist and also have his back checked out. If he is that bad it maybe that a vet will need to look at him too. One of them should be able to give you a reason for this, it is certainly not right that he is acting in this manner. also if he has been from home to home, his past maybe having an effect on him.
