Question
I have a horse called Bob, he is 13.3 hands and he is a breed of a cob and I was wondering if he can grow more hands.

Answer
Dear Yiana,
You do not give me enough information to be able to help you- specifically- do you mean that he is a Welsh Cob? Is he a Cob cross? Perhaps even more importantly- how old is he? Most horse breeds will not gain much height after their third year although they will fill out and add muscle. Also- your "horse" is, in fact, at this time- a pony. A pony is 14.2 and under. He has quite a bit of growing to do to become a horse.
