Red Ear Slider Eyes

hey sorry to bother you, umm I have a red ear slider maybe about 2 inches, I just recently noticed when he closes his eyes I can still see his eyeball, it's like his eye lid is see through I just want to know if this is alright, because it's creepy that I can still see the black of his eyes when he closes his eye lids.

They have normal eyelids that are a little translucent, and a third eyelid that is pretty clear. Not sure if that is what you are seeing or not, but young turtles have thin skin.
