Answer
Hello Debbie,

Your tortoise has a disease called "RI" or Respiratory infection.
It is usually caused, if the tortoise has been exposed to drafts and breezes. To prevent the disease from getting worse, I would recommend you to, first of all, make sure to KEEP THE TORTOISE WARM.
It's also very important that the tortoise continues to eat properly, so try to vary the diet as much as you can with mostly dark and leafy greens. For the very important Vitamin A, you can give the tortoise some carrots.
Finally: Continue to keep your tortoise's eyes and nose clean.

However, if the health of your tortoise doesn't improve, I highly recommend you to contact a vet for further help.

Best wishes
Sara
