sick baby painter turtle

Hi, I have a baby painter turtle. and the past day it has not been eating and his eyes are red and he is just floating in the water with arms and legs out???

Hello Tara,
You need to take your turtle to the vet for proper treatment and diagnosis. It may be very sick, or it could be simple sick. Either way a veterinarian trained to work with turtles is really your only option.
