African Sideneck Turtle

I fed our turtle a few pellets and also a day later or so his normal fish . He ate 3 and within the next day he had pooped out 2 of the fish heads. Ive never seen him do that before. He seems to not be feeling well.He hasnt been himself since. Not sure what to do. We put a little lettuce in the water and he seems uninterested.

Turtles are generally not interested in lettuce, especially when they are used to fish etc. Just try feeding him turtle pellets and making sure his water is clean/appropriate temperature and he has a place to get out of the water. Sometimes turtles just don't feel well (same as we do) and just need some time to recover. If things aren't better in a few days take him to a vet. The fact that he is eating is automatically a good sign though!
