turtles faiding shells

Question
we had our turtlies for about two months now they look healthy and happy they eat and love to swim and lay on they're rock in the sun but we noticed that two of them wich are the bigger ones about 3" have some faiding in the color of the shell is this normal?

Answer
In most turtles, the colors of the shells become more dull as they get older. I cannot know if it is something more than this without a photo.
