Hey ,
Is it sick if it makes weird sounds when they're trying to pee or poop ?
What can I do if its sick ?

Sorry this response is so late, but I have been away from my computer.  Is everything else normal?  Is the stool very large or hard?  Do you see any swelling or bleeding?  What do your gliders eat?  If they appear to be constipated, try giving them raisin bran or another food to help with that condition.
