QuestionQUESTION: how do i change diets? they are on BML but id like to put the gliders on HPW.. how do i go about doing that
ANSWER: Allison,
The best way to switch diets is to do it by mixing the two, gradually replacing the BML with HPW.
I hope this helps.

QUESTION: what diets do you suggest?
ANSWER: Allison,
I have been feeding my gliders BML, fruits and veggies for over eight years now. None of them have ever been sick. Bee pollen sounds like a good idea, but I don't know what is in wombaroo. Make sure they are given enough calcium, as a lack of it can cause hind-end paralysis.
Good luck. Let me know what you decide.

QUESTION: Many people do use BML, that was my top choice for a diet until i started reading this article.
http://www.glideruniversity.org/?p=18
But maybe this is not a good website to get information from.
AnswerAllison,
I read that article a while back. I have replaced the baby food chicken with boiled chicken. I sometimes use oatmeal instead of baby cereal. I also have some of the super vitamin supplements suggested in the article. I often give the BML ingredients separately, like chicken with yogurt sprinkled with calcium & vitamins one day, eggs with applesauce and gliderade the next, oatmeal with honey another day, etc., always with a fresh fruit and/or veggie. Frankly,I think the article smacks of sensationalism, and I wouldn't take it too seriously. Any of the recommended diets are probably fine. Just don't try to feed them cat food.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
