5mo old Ball Python feeding issue& behavior concern

Question
I have a five month old ball python, she is smallish for her age due to prior feeding difficulties, the breeder said she had overcome her feeding problems, but I've had her for almost two weeks and she will not eat anything I try to feed her.  I have had a small bit of trouble getting her enclosure up to temperature, but have managed to do so relatively quickly after getting her. She also moves around like she is weak, or drunk, the latter is obviously is not the case, and she yawns every time I hold her. She does not have any bubbles in and or around her mouth, and I believe she had just finished her shed a few days after I got her. (It came off in little pieces, and my humidity is fine, but I'm not sure about the breeders humidity). She seems healthy otherwise, as far as I can tell, no mites and no aggression, but its her lack of appetite and strange movements that stoke me as concerning. I haven't handled her in about a week because I expected her to be hungry and ready to eat, which I was told I should not try handling her when she's hungry, so now I'm worried about a few things....now that you have the full background, ill be more clear about my questions...
#1 is it okay that she's so young and not eating +what are some ways to get her to eat?(she is very small compared to others her age)
#2 why does she wiggle her head when she moves it like its too heavy to lift, or she's drunk?
#3 is it normal for her to yawn so much? Or is she stretching her jaws as a preparation to strike?
#4 Is it okay that I haven't handled her in a week, will it damage her quality of life? Will she become less friendly due to lack of contact?
#5 will she die if her temp. On the hot side of the cage drops to 78-82 sometimes?(I have a heat pad that occasionally turns Itself off.)

I'm sorry to have to ask so many questions, but I just want her to be happy and healthy, and nobody seems to have my same questions. Thank you for your help!

Answer
Samson:
I would take the snake back to the breeder. These strange movement are common a day to a week before death. I know this is the last thing you want to hear, but it is what I have observed in over 20 years of experience.
1.No, not ok at all. Try rat pups instead of mice, try a hamster pup. Try quail or chicks, anything to provoke appetite. Again I would take her back to the breeder and have him get her to eat for you or take her to a vet. Something is wrong.

2. She is weak from something. She is disoriented.

3. No, it is normal for a snake to yawn occasionally, but this is most likely due to some sort of ailment. Check her nostrils and make sure they are not plugged with skin. She may be partially blocked and getting air by opening her mouth.

4. No. Handle her as you wish.

5. No. If she is subjected to prolong cold, it will weaken her immune system and she will most likely get a respiratory infection.

Get her back to the breeder or to a vet within the week Sam. Hope this helps. ~ K
