Question
Currently I have a boy and a girl bearded dragon. They are both two years old. The female has had eggs in the past (with another owner)
They LOVE each other... it's crazy how much they love one another. However our male does everything there is in mating, bobbing, pouncing, lick her head ect. however he hasn't done the "deed" to her. Do you know why this might be?

ps we are breeding for the love of the species and we have friends who would like to care for them.. not for money!

 In the end it's ladies choice.  Beardie females want the biggest males for mating.  Also, timing.  When did you get them?  If it was recently, for most dragons in the US this is not breeding season.  Breeding starts after a good winter brumation.  And males are most potent after several weeks of it.  So I would consider waiting till spring and making sure they both have the Long Nap first.  For more information on brumation:
