QUESTION: Hello
The first batch were laid on the 8th of nov at lunchtime so it has been about four and a half days, is that normal?
Also it is her first time and mine.
Thanks
Luke

ANSWER: I dont understand the question...she laid eggs yes its normal its late in the season to be laying eggs maye its still warm where you are. If the snake were to dubble clutch the next batch wouldn't be here for a few weeks.

QUESTION: Sorry to bother you again, my corn snake that i was talking about a while ago still has not laid the rest of her eggs and its been 23 days.  A lot more days without food, could she be having trouble laying her eggs or might it take a couple more weeks for it to come out? She doesn't move or do anything and is leaking white juice from her vagina. From where the tail meets the body there is a very very drastic size difference, from about 5mm round to 15mm round where her vagina is and has been like that for 2 weeks.  Thanks

Answer
Hello not a bother at all,

Please bare with me I haven't bred corn snakes as of yet but have read about everything out there. Eight eggs is a Full clutch the average from 8-15 eggs aprox. Alot of snakes do not dubble clutch but sounds like your's is going to. And the second clutch comes a few weks I Think after the first clutch. If the bulge has been there for some time and since you discrib a leaking fluid from her cloaca I reccomend calling a reptile experianced vet and telling them whats going on if it sounds like egg binding to them(sounds like it to me) then please take her in for treatment.
