Loepard Geckoes

Question
My daughter has 2 Leopard Geckoes that are close to one year of age. The one has shed, but has retained some of  the shed on its feet. My daughter now believes the shed is removing its fingers (claws). She has some Repti shedding aid ease spray and used it a few times over the passed 3 months. Is this possible? The Geckoe is otherwise healthy, good color, appetite, walks, runs, unremarkable.

Answer
YES!!! Your daughter is right.  You must get that skin off.  It will constrict blood flow and the toes will fall off.  Each time your geckos shed check the feet and make sure it all comes off.  I usually just pull it off manually and normal water works as well as the expensive spray (in my experience).
