My Mali Euromastix face

Dear Tracie, I have a 12 year old Mali Euromastix that has been in very good health all these years Ive had her,,however last week her face, under her nech,around her eyes and her upper mandible turned a light grayish blue color,,she seems more sleepy and a bit of a decreased appetite,but still eating. I can not find a vet in my are who knows anything about her species so I am desperate to find an answer! Do you have any idea what is happening? Thank you for your time, sincerely, Tracy
PS- I have not changed anything in her diet.

Hello Tracy,

Well, it sounds like a shed.  When was the last time she shed?
Can you post a picture of her for me so I can see it?  Is it very humid in her tank?
Are you using UVB lighting?  What type & brand are you using, a flourescent tube bulb or a compact or coil light?
