QuestionHi, My rabbit is loseing hair on her ears. Is that just part of the shedding process? Also my rabbit has the runs, could weather changes do that? Thanks, Hannah

If the fur is growing back, it could just be part of a normal shedding cycle. But if the ears stay bald and especially if they look crusty, flaky or irritated, she may have mange or ear mites. Fortunately, these are easily treated with selamectin (Revolution), as described here:

Runny stool is a common problem and not very likely to be caused by weather changes unless it's very hot (rabbits do NOT do well in the heat!). Please read:
