dandruff and cheek arrows

Question
I was wondering what to do because my rabbit, Banjo has dandruff down his back and his skin is quite flaky. i was also wondering if you could tell me why Banjo has got tuffs of fur in shapes of arrows coming out of his cheeks which then fall out.
