Rabbit abnormal toilet usage

Question
A rabbit that we have had for four years stopped her daily toilet usage.  She hasn't gone to the toilet in three days.  As a senior citizen with a limited budget, I don't know how to proceed.  Is there any very low cost places to take her locally?  I live in Santa Ana, California.  Thank you.
