The new bunnies

My Rabbit had her kits yesterday, she is the first rabbit I have ever had.  I guess they are doing okay, they are still moving around in there nest. The mother is never in there, I know you said thats okay, I guess my instinct is to see about them. Is it okay to pick them up, how fragile are those little bitty kits?

hi leslie give them at least 3-4 days before you pick them up bu most importnt -you must remove the doe from the cage first or she may get upset and kill them.give her a titbit, whilst she is out ,soil your hands in the nest material uncover them remove any dead recover then put the doe back.
