Answer
Has she been spayed?  An unspayed female rabbit can be extremely aggressive, and will continue to be like that until the hormones all get out of her system.

If she is spayed, then you might check out the info at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabcare.html#aggbun on how to work with her.

You also might consider not picking her up for a while, until she quits being so aggressive.

Aggressive rabbits can be very difficult to deal with, if you can get them to calm down they generally become very affectionate.

I have one that used to bite me all the time, now every time he sees me he wants petting.  It took time, but, I thought he was worth it.
