Rabbits can definitely get bored. It is a good idea to make sure their cage is plenty large (so they have room to run around and play) and that they have toys to keep them busy.

Bored rabbits can start bad neurotic habits like chewing on the wire of the cage (which can lead to broken or crooked teeth), digging out their food, tipping over their dishes, or even chewing on their own fur.
