rabbit skin prob

i can home from work this morning an found that my rabbit had bit or scrached a bold pach on its back . it looks sore with red spots and its statting to go a little scabby , any ideas thanks

Hi Richard,

well my first instinct is to take him in to your good regular rabbit vet for an exam.  It could be an infestation of some kind, or something under the skin.  They don't do this kind of thing without a reason.  Take him in and get him looked over by a good rabbit vet.  It'll save you time and money in the long run.
