Question
i have a male rabbit .when i let it run around out side a day or so later it gets paralized ,it starts out wobbly on its feet and then slowly it loses movement in its back legs this seams to move up the body then after about 12 hours it loses movement from its neck down ,it still eats and goes to the toilet after about 5 days it is back to normal agian is there a poison plant it could be eating causing this or some thing i am feeding it i have taken him to our vet and he has no ansewers he kept him there for about 2 days and said there is nothing he can do

Dear Shane,

You need to find a different vet who is more experienced with health problems specific to rabbits.  This sounds as if it could be the early signs of symptomatic E. cuniculi infection.  Please read:
