Dutch Rabbit smaller feces & Shape

Question
Dutch dwarf 5 year female rabbit that has been fixed & ONLY fed fresh cilantro, parsley and timothy hay since a blockage with food pellets at very young age. Saved her then by force feeding as directed by vet. Current time line; our Rabbit stayed with mother in law 10 days when gone vacation in January. We suspect not enough hay was fed and rabbit stopped eating on day 8 of our trip.
Vet  said to feed with oral syringe 15ml of garden veggies baby food three times and grass from yard until #2 pellets return to normal size. Took to vet and confirmed no obstruction.
We are in snow country no fresh grass so I continue cilantro parsley, hay and force feed 1-3 times day of baby food.
Just got home and found 3-4 feces wrapped together in a spiral. Is this cause for concern? Feces has not returned yet to original size but appetite has returned. Thanks in advance for any HELP. Concerned lagamorph owner, Dale

Answer
Hi Dale. Since your bunny has passed a stool and is beginning to eat again I think  she will be fine. I am not a vet and have little medical knowledge so this is just my opinion. I think making sure she has lots of hay right now is very important so it sounds like you are doing the right thing. I hope she recovers completely.   Keep me informed on her progress.  Pat
