My bunny has diarrhea

My bunny is very lively. she licks me when ever i get back home and plays with me. Today, I left home for 3 hours.. before leaving she was fine.. but when I returned.. she hesitated to move out of her cage.. and when I picked her up.. her poop was mushy.. She is sitting in one place..and hesitates to even get up..eat or drink.. I cleaned her butt writh a wet towel. I don't know what to do.. I don't wanna let her die. Is there something I can do at home? or should I take herto the vet ? Please help me.
