Question
i got my white bunny when it was about a little over a month 1/2 maybe i am not sure but as far as i no she is not been around a male an i have had her for about close to two months i read something about if rabbits pull their fur off an build a nest they could be pregnant an i have been noticing something white under the cage falling to the ground looking kinda lik a little patch nested together but i am not sure wat it is because she ia a outside rabbit.. is there a way she is possibly pregnant.. i am new to this an dont no how to test a rabbit for pregnancy an would never want to hurt her..

Answer
Hi,

I don't think your rabbit is pregnant 6 weeks or so is too young even if they were with males.  It sounds like she is moulting.  Rabbits usually do this once or twice a year with the change of season.  Just like dogs and cats she is losing her summer (or winter if you're in Aust) and growing her winter (or summer) coat.

As long as she's not showing any other signs of illness I'm sure she's ok.  If she does look sick, please take her to a good vet.

Cheers
