Toast

Hi there,
My mini-lop loves toast! my Aunty used to give a wee bit every now and then as a treat and I've been doing the same.. maybe a crust every few days.. Is this ok?

Dear Justine,

As with any treat food, moderation is the key.  As long as your bunny isn't overweight and doesn't have problems with mushy cecotropes, a wee tiny bit of toast as an occasional treat should not harm him.
