hi I have a rabbit named smokey, well she had a litter but one of her babies has a cut on its head I dont know if she did it or one of the other babies.  I did call a vet ( but alot of my vet here dont look at rabbits)   they told me to put neosporin on it. but I am still worried about getting infection   thanks christy

Hi Christie,

There is not much you can do other than treating it with the neosporin.  A baby that age doesn't have much chance of survival if it gets an infection.  If you keep the area clean it should be ok.  They tend to heal pretty well on their own.
