SWOLLEN GUMS

HI. MY LITTLE GIRL PIG IS ABOUT 3 YEARS OLD NOW.  I JUST NOTICED THAT SHE IS GETTING A COUPLE NEW TEETH.  I ALSO NOTICED THAT HER GUMS LOOK A LITTLE SWOLLEN AROUND THE NEW TOOTH.  IS THAT NORMAL?  I JUST WANT HER TO BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY.

I am not a vet, but have rarely heard of problems with new teeth.
However, she should not be getting new teeth at this age...are you SURE of her age?
If she is chewing and eating normally, she is probably okay. But still, we have never seen swelling unless there is a problem..
But her teeth should have come in over a year ago.
You may want to ask your vet.
