vaccines

Question
I think my dog might have kennel cough, not coughing yet but a snotty nose with sneezing. She is going to the vet tomorrow, but they see different vets. can pot bellied pigs get the same strain as dogs or is it completely different? can they catch anything the same? my piggy just had her first set of vaccines yesterday. so far she has no symptoms.

The younger the pig, the more vulnerable she is to this disease.
I do believe it is species specific, but am not a vet.
Keep them apart and watch for sneezing or a sloppy nose in your piggy.
