Wheezing

My 3 month old piggy loves to run around and spin and kick and play.  But it seems that if he gets over excited or does too much he stops and "wheezes"  like he's trying to catch his breath.  Like asthma..  Is this normal?  Anything you can suggest?

This is a question for a vet.
In two decades of raising pigs, we have not had a wheezing pig!
The only suggestion I have is giving a baby dose of Benadril.
This would possibly rule out an allergy.
