Question
2nd  Her being a female will she incourage male wild rat to enter my home to meet her while she is in her cycle if I don't have her spayed?

Answer
No. Rats come into heat every 4 days and remain in for 12 hours.. during which time, if there is already male rats in your home they may seek her out, but its unlikely. I've had rats for absolutely years and never had wild rats be attracted to my domestics for the purpose of breeding. It is safer to have a doe spayed mostly due to the lower chance of uterine issues later in life and the decreased risk of mammary tumors, but those are separate issues altogether.
