rat stuff!

hi there.i was wondering if you can help.our adored rat has been acting a little
strange in the last few days.he seems to have become a bit lazy,sneezes a lot,and
was sleeping on the bottom of his cage,and not up top in his house.he is still
eating and drinking normally,but seems shy,and not his normal active self.we keep
his surroundings clean,and he gets daily exercise.

any advice would be really appreciated.

Get your rattie to a vet. Sounds like he probably has a bit of an upper respiratory infection and needs some antibiotics, in which case, he'll probably be just fine after treatment. It won't just go away on its own, so definately find a vet skilled with rats to see him.
