one of my girls had a tinge of pink in her urine last night; could it be hematuria or something indicative of renal problems?

How old is your girl and is she spayed or intact?

Going simply by what you have told me above and nothing else, it
sounds like she has a bladder infection. Having traces of blood cells in the urine is usually indicative of a bladder infection.If it were anything more serious such as kidney problems you would note more symptoms other than just a bit of blood in the urine.
Any infection should clear right up with antibiotics.  If you need a vet, let me know. I will be happy to find you a vet that is very educated in rat care.  Be sure to push the fluids in the mean time and keep her well hydrated.
