Phineas tail

My rat, Phineas, has a weird tail. It has about three different colors. She is a fancy rat, so is this normal? Thanks for you time!

depends on the colors. Some rats do have color on their tails, but some rats also do not clean their tails well and a bluish color could indicate a heart problem. So know what colors her tail is would help to determine if it is normal, or maybe, just maybe, you have a uniquely colored rat.
