shes a year old and has got little lumps on the right side near her breast but not on her breast. they are pussie and they bleed abit.she has lost a bit of weight, but is eatting and drinking ok

These are basically miniature abscesses, and hairless rats tend to be very prone to them. Get her to a vet and started on some antibiotics, clean those lumps well, and be sure her cage stays clean. I recommend switching her onto a cloth or mostly paper bedding until they're healing up nicely.
