I've been thinking about a solution for you.  First however, you didn't say which type of replacement parts you are looking for.  Have you tried ebay?  But basically, if Super
Pet, the maker of this cage, no longer has parts, then you are out of luck.

Before I continue, the Super Pet Deluxe cage is FAR too small to house 4 rats, much less two, unless you are taking them out several times a day for free play time in a spare room or somewhere they can roam for at least an hour a day.

It sounds however, like you may not have the means to get a new larger cage at this time, so I will base my reply on that (but if I am wrong and you can buy a new cage, I highly recommend one of the large Martin's cages at martinscages.com, such as the R-685).

If you can't buy a new larger cage, you basically have two options:  1) patch up the cage you have (perhaps using plexiglass or something else sturdy and not chewable) to cover up the holes, or 2) create a "Rattie Penthouse" like I did for my rats.  I recommend option #2.  Here's what you do, and you get to keep your current cage with chewed up holes and all:

- Go buy a simple inexpensive card table from a Walmart or Target.  Typically, it measures about 34 inches square, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a place in your home for it.
- Next, go to a Home Depot or Lowes and have them cut 4 equal size pieces of plexiglass to the measurement of one side of the table.  For example if the table is 34 inches square, then have them cut 4 pieces that are 34 inches long and 2 inches wide.  Also buy some strong duct tape and sandpaper.
- Then, sand down the sharp edges of the plexiglass if there are any from the cutting.
- Next, use the duct tape to tape the 4 pieces of plexiglass to the 4 edges of the table, just so that about an inch or so is raised above the edge of the table, creating a kind of a border around the table.  This is so that your rats don't accidentally fall off the table.
- Next, place your cage on the table and leave the cage door open at all times.  If there is extra space, you can place other things on the table such as a wheel, tunnels, and other toys.
- Your rats will LOVE having the freedom of going in and out of their cage an running around the table.  If you have space in your room, put TWO tables side by side to give them even more space.  And don't worry, your rats won't jump...they are too smart for that.

I have had rats for many years now and have a 3-table penthouse set up for them which is a huge area for them to run around.  There are lots of toys for them on the tables.  I've never had any of my rats try to jump down.  I've had one fall once because one of the other rats came up behind her and scared her, but I have carpet with good padding below my tables so she wasn't hurt.  This setup frees me from guilt on days when I don't have time to let my rats down on the ground for free play time...they have free play on the tables every day!

I'm attaching a photo of my rattie penthouse so you can see what mine looks like (I have only 2 tables shown in this pic, but I've since added a 3rd table to give them even more space to run).  Pictured is the Martin's R685 cage I mentioned before.  It's huge is perfect for 4 rats in case you decide not to do the table thing.  But the table thing is the inexpensive way to go.  The Martin's cage is about $140 with shipping.  Good luck.  I'd love to hear what you decide to do.
