How long does it take for a cherry head conure to become fully mature?

Answer
Usually it takes a Cherry Head Conure 2 years to fully mature (and get that full, bright cherry-colored head). But some birds get the full red head by 1 & 1/2.

Conures usually don't start displaying sexual behaviors until they are 2 to 3 years old.
